Full Time Optometrists required for our busy independent practices in British Columbia.  

We are currently seeking three Optometrists who will be based at our very busy practices in either Courtenay, Nanaimo, or Prince George. 

Who are we seeking?  

You will be highly motivated and passionate about providing the best quality eye care for our patients. You will be extremely thorough with your follow-through and have complete attention to detail. You will be comfortable using the latest diagnostic technology to provide exceptional patient care and education with an emphasis on management and treatment of medical cases, including co-management with local physicians and OMDs. You will be capable of working independently and seeing high patient volumes, with the support of our optometric technician and with remote support from our large group of BC Doctors and managers, who will provide extensive training on our systems and methods prior to your start date.  

The successful candidates will: 

• Be offered a bonus of $50,000 for a 5-year commitment (subject to terms and conditions). 
• Expect to receive an annual gross income in the region of $130,000 to $230,000, based on patient volumes, at least $1,100 per day on average. The more you want to work, the higher your income will be. 
• Be offered the possibility of flexible working weeks, for example four 10-hour days per week. 
• Be offered an option to buy into the business after 5 years (subject to terms and conditions). 
• Be given flexible vacation opportunities, with sufficient notice to allow coverage.
